Joe Biden is the presumptive Democratic nominee for President.
He created a committee to help him choose a Vice President.
Former senator Chris Dodd is on the committee.
But, according to the NY Post, old accusations are coming back to haunt Dodd.
Carla Gaviglio claims that Dodd sexually assaulting her after a booze-fueled dinner in 1985.
Gaviglio says she was a waitress at a dinner where Dodd was having dinner with Se. Ted Kennedy.
She says that Kennedy and Dodd groped and sexually assaulted her.
Gaviglio's account was confirmed to the magazine by another waitress, Betty Loh, and the La Brasserie’s late owner, Raymond Campet.
She slammed Biden and his campaign for choosing the problematic Dodd to for the VP selection committee.
"There’s so many people out there and why they had to make that choice is a little confounding."
