Wednesday's exciting race will see Astana Pro Team's Jakob Fuglsang (2019 Liège-Bastogne-Liège, two editions of the Critérium du Dauphiné and Olympic Road Race runner-up), Alexey Lutsenko (Kazak road and time trial national champion), Team Jumbo - Visma's Antwan Tolhoek and Laurens De Plus (2019 Binck Bank Tour), with Fausto Masnada (winner of Stage 6 at the 2019 Corsa Rosa) and Under 23 Kevin Colleoni for the Italian national team, among the other big names taking part.
