The issue of collection of railway fare from migrant laborers is getting caught up. Now Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and Rajya Sabha member Subramanian Swamy said that what is the morality of the Government of India to charge the rail fare to bring hungry and thirsty migrant laborers. Indians stranded abroad were brought free by Air India.
