World Press Freedom Day 2020: 'भय या पक्षपात रहित पत्रकारिता' एक चुनौती | वनइंडिया हिंदी

Democracy came much later after the press came to India. The Press is the voice of people, it is considered to be the voice of the voiceless. The Press existed even before independence and it certainly proves that any sort of media or press is by the people of the state not by the ruling body. Democracy may be very powerful in its own terms and conditions but is not fully efficient in working without media, especially the free press.

आज वर्ल्ड प्रेस फ्रीडम डे यानी विश्व प्रेस स्वतंत्रता दिवस है। जो हर साल 3 मई को मनाया जाता है। हर साल इसकी अलग थीम होती है। संयुक्त राष्ट्र ने इसबार यानी साल 2020 का थीम तय किया है "भय या पक्षपात रहित पत्रकारिता"। जैसा कि थीम से ही समझ में आ रहा है कि भय और पक्षपात ये दोनों ही पत्रकारिता के दो बुनियादी समस्याएं रही हैं। आइये जानते हैं कैसे...?
