Russian President Vladimir Putin reassures his Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin after the latter announced he tested positive for coronavirus and will self-isolate to protect other cabinet members during a video meeting with Vladimir Putin. Mishustin suggested that First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov should take his place as an "acting" prime minister. "Without your opinions and your participation any final decisions will not be made," Putin told Mishustin, while also wishing him a quick recovery.
