Army helicopter reminds Bogota residents of COVID-19 measures

Colombia’s army is using helicopters and loudspeakers to remind locals to abide by coronavirus measures. Some locals continue to go out, thus increasing the risk of coronavirus spreading. The army hopes to raise awareness with the helicopters and loudspeakers.
