The Centre has made the use of Aarogya Setu app compulsory for all central government employees saying the use of the mobile application will help in breaking the chain of transmission of deadly Covid-19. In the latest memorandum on the use of the Aarogya Setu app by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, the government said officials who are categorised as high risk or moderate based on recent contact with infected person should not come to office.

केंद्र सरकार ने अपने कर्मचारियों के लिए मोबाइल फोन पर आरोग्य सेतु ऐप डाउनलोड करना अनिवार्य कर दिया है. सरकार की ओर से जारी आधिकारिक ज्ञापन के मुताबिक, केंद्र सरकार के अधीन आने वाले सभी अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों के मोबाइल फोन में तत्काल प्रभाव से आरोग्य सेतु ऐप डाउनलोड होना चाहिए. ऑफिस के लिए लिए निकलने से पहले कर्मचारियों को आरोग्य सेतु ऐप पर अपनी स्थिति देखनी होगी यदि ऐप 'सुरक्षित या कम जोखिम' दिखा रहा तो तभी घर से निकलना है.
