Donald Trump appears to confirm that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is alive, saying he wishes him well after days of speculation over the dictator's whereabouts. Speaking at a press conference at the White House, the US president also dismisses allegations by his opponent Joe Biden that he would try to delay the November election as the United States struggles to quell the coronavirus outbreak.
