Footage shows the temporary bicycle lanes have been drawn on the road in German to ensure a safe social distance during the coronavirus pandemic.

The local government did it as a respond to the cyclists' demand for more cycling space to properly perform social distancing.

The footage was taken at capital Berlin on April 23.

The filmer said: "For the past 10 years I have been scared for my life biking here every day but I guess that is over now! I would like to thank those who put up this extra space for us."
