Maharashtra continues to be the worst-hit in terms of number of coronavirus infections in the country and fatalities. As of Monday morning, the total number of cases in Maharashtra crossed the 8,000-mark. At 8,068, Maharashtra has the highest number of Covid-19 cases in India while it has recorded 342 deaths. Shocking visuals emerged from a qarantine centre in Agra where essentials could be seen kept outside the gates.
