Makati police try to arrest a man while in his driveway in Dasmariñas Village, Makati City on Sunday, April 26. Javier Salvador Parra says he was assaulted and injured, after he tried to argue when the police demanded a P1,000 fine for Parra’s household staff’s alleged violation.
