#Coronavirus update: India records 1,428 new cases, 57 deaths in last 24 hours

There were 1,429 new cases of the coronavirus disease and 57 deaths across the country in the last 24 hours, the Union home ministry said on Saturday, which marks a month since India was put under a nationwide lockdown.
