豆沙包,也称作豆蓉包,是以红豆沙为馅的麦包,为起源于京津的传统小吃。豆沙馅的做法是将红小豆去掉豆皮,弄碎煮烂,加糖,再用油炒制。把馅放入用澄面和生粉搓成粉团的皮,在蒸笼里蒸即成。
