The coronavirus pandemic has forced Hong Kong officials to postpone the city’s university entrance exams which were originally expected to start on March 27, 2020. When the Diploma of Secondary Education (DSE) exams finally got under way on April 24, candidates all needed to get temperature checks, wear face masks and sit 1.8 metres (6ft) apart to try and minimise the risk of spreading Covid-19.
