Lockdown in Uttarakhand: Uttarkashi में 6 महीने और 3 साल के बच्चे समेत 51 पर FIR | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The police have taken this action against those who violated the lockdown in Quarantine. Now the DM of Uttarkashi has clarified after this action was questioned. He said that according to Juvenile Law, a child under 8 years of age cannot be booked. How this happened will be investigated.

उत्तराखंड में लॉकडाउन के बीच एक बेहद ही अजीबो गरीब और चौंकाने वाला मामला सामने आया है। यहां उत्तरकाशी जिले में पुलिस ने 6 माह और तीन साल के बच्चे समेत 51 लोगों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज की है। पुलिस ने यह कार्रवाई क्वारंटाइन में लॉकडाउन का उल्लंघन करने वालों के खिलाफ की है। अब इस कार्रवाई पर सवाल उठने के बाद उत्तरकाशी के डीएम ने सफाई दी है। उन्होंने कहा कि जुवेनाइल लॉ के अनुसार 8 साल से छोटे बच्चे पर मामला दर्ज नहीं किया जा सकता है। ये कैसे हुआ इस बात की जांच की जाएगी।
