UK expands COVID-19 testing capacity to all essential workers (Health Minister)

Britain's Health Minister Matt Hancock announces during the daily Downing Street press conference that testing capacity will be expanded to all essential workers, in the fight against the novel coronavirus. 616 more people have died after testing positive for the virus in hospital Thursday, taking the country's official death toll to 18,738.
