WATCH: Hard Lockdown in Sampaloc, Manila
A look at the area of the Sampaloc District in the city of Manila as the "hard lockdown" in the area takes in effect. Manila City Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso has set the measure from April 23 to April 25, 2020, for the government to conduct disease surveillance and rapid risk assessment and testing for COVID-19 as the district has the most number of COVID-19 cases in the city.
