Footage shows a large number of ambulances allegedly queuing nine hours to get into a hospital in Moscow during the COVID-19 pandemic on April 10.
According to reports, an increase in the number of cases meant doctors could not tend to them and there weren't enough beds.
The footage was filmed on Startovaya Street, in the Losinoostrovsky district of the Russian capital.
