Addressing a rally in Bihar's Supaul, Congress president Rahul Gandhi reiterated his party's promise of transferring money through NYAY Scheme. He further added that Congress party thinks before acting. Rahul also accused PM Modi of snatching money from poor and then providing it to Anil Ambani.
