While addressing a poll rally in Maharashtra, Prime Minister Narendra Modi takes a dig at Congress, saying its farmer loan waiver only helped rich. “No tribal farmer take a loan from a bank as they hardly go to the bank. Congress’ loan waiver only helped to rich,” he said.
