News Nation's 'Modi Budget 2.0' Sammelan has commenced in New Delhi, a day after Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented Modi 2.0 government's Budget for the financial year 2019-20. Speaking in the Sammelan, Minister for Road Transport & Highways Nitin Gadkari said, "We are constructing concrete roads and in Nagpur, we are re-processing sewage water to extract methane and other gases."
