At least two people died and over 20 were injured after a footover bridge outside Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) railway station collapsed on Thursday. As per preliminary reports, both the deceased are GT Hospital staffers. Both were nurses, one was a male nurse. Traffic has been severely affected and commuters have been asked to use alternate routes. Efforts are on to clear the debris of the footover bridge. Police officials and ambulances are on the spot.
