Right to health care will be part of Congress manifesto: Rahul

Congress president Rahul Gandhi said that his party will include the right to health care in poll manifesto. Gandhi was interacting with healthcare professionals in Raipur. “India is transitioning from a rural system to urban system. There is a massive shift that is taking place. It's a traumatic shift,” he said. Rahul Gandhi is a candidate for the Prime Ministerial post in the general election 2019.
