Country star LeAnn Rimes is hoping to help fans relax and de-stress during the COVID-19 health crisis.
She is turning to what helps her; music and meditation and sharing it with her followers on Instagram.
The 37-year old singer is leading her followers through spiritual Instagram live sessions on Sundays.
Along with guided meditation sessions, the singer-songwriter is also sharing some of her music.
Rimes released her song, "There Will Be A Better Day" last month on her Instagram account.
Rimes is following the recommendations to stay home and is with her husband Eddie Cibrian in Los Angeles.
