A. John Kumar, a Congress MLA and close to Puducherry Chief Minister V. Narayanasamy, has been accused of violating the lockdown orders for the second time. It is alleged that the Congress MLA distributed relief material during the lockdown for which around 150 people gathered in one place in the village. A case has been registered against A. John Kumar in this case
