In this video I have tried to cover all the nutrition foods & beverages which will ultimately help the new mommies to recover from pregnancy and become healthier. The points which I have covered in this video are - 1. Dairy products. 2. Green vegetables (Palak, Broccoli). 3. Liquid intake for hydration. 4. Fruits, 5. Daal (Pulses). 6. For Non-vegetarian Salmon fish. 7. Laddu which includes Ghee, dry fruits, etc. 8. Grains and kidney beans.

Foods to avoid at this time are Caffeine, Alcohol, Hard medicines and limit your junk foods.

Do not take diet pills to reduce weight because it will affect negatively the flow of breast milk.

Take the foods which contain enough quantity of protein, vitamins calcium, calories, etc.
