Snatches Up To 160lb

2X3X139lb, 2X144.5lb, 1X2X160lb. Though the first 2 1/2 sets started out rough, I finally 'waited out' the 2nd rep with 144.5lb and I got down nice and low!! Just got to keep working on not rushing the movement/finish and all will be well!! Just got to keep working at it right??? Good Luck & God Bless!!
