The Ministry of Railways has started brainstorming the modalities of train operation in the event of a lockdown opening. In this regard, Railway Board President Vinod Kumar Yadan has discussed the video conference with all the zonal general managers and asked them to give suggestions and prepare a plan. However, he clarified that till the government decides the lockdown and orders are not issued by the Railway Board, no speculation about the date of train operation should be made under any circumstances. Because this can cause confusion and chaos among people.

रेल मंत्रालय ने लॉकडाउन खुलने की स्थिति में ट्रेन संचालन के तौर-तरीकों पर मंथन शुरू कर दिया है। इस संबंध में रेलवे बोर्ड अध्यक्ष विनोद कुमार यादन ने सभी जोनल महाप्रबंधकों के साथ वीडियो कांफ्रेंस पर चर्चा कर सुझाव देने और प्लान तैयार करने को कहा है। हालांकि उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि जब तक सरकार लॉकडाउन के बारे में फैसला नहीं करती और रेलवे बोर्ड द्वारा आदेश जारी नहीं कर दिए जाते, किसी भी हालत में ट्रेन संचालन की तारीख के बारे में कयास नहीं लगाए जाने चाहिए। क्योंकि इससे लोगों के बीच भ्रम और अफरातफरी की स्थिति पैदा हो सकती है।
