Does Staying In The Race Hurt Bernie Sanders Movement?
Bernie Sanders has lost 11 of the last 12 state contests to Joe Biden and He trails in the delegate race by 313.
NBC reports that Sanders has acknowledged that any path for him would be "narrow."
In order to win the nomination, Bernie Sanders would have to score massive wins in giant, delegate-rich states.
However, Joe Biden is the one doing that.
Sanders has shown no ability to compete with Joe Biden's ground game.
It's even clear that Sanders can win any of the remaining states.
NBC News analysts Steve Kornacki says that Bernie Sanders risks damaging his legacy and losing his movements clout if he stays in the race.
"But what if, this time around, he sticks it out and there are no more primary wins or even near-misses? What if it's just one landslide defeat after another?"
