He had a double digit lead and believed he would sail through the primary in the state.
Now, according to Politico, Democratic activists and operatives on the ground expect Sanders to lose big in Wisconsin.
The defeat would likely end Sanders hope of getting the Democratic nomination for President.
The latest Marquette Law School poll shows Sanders trailing Joe Biden by nearly 30 points.
