The loving bond between Derek and his dog, Luna, in Chone, Ecuador, shows the spark between these two during the quarantine outbreak on Saturday (March 28).

Derek suffers from several medical conditions both physical and internal. He can't hear of speak, has one kidney, and feeds through tubes. Doctors in Ecuador cannot determine the causes.

Despite his condition being a serious risk during coronavirus, Derek is a happy baby with his favorite puppy that makes him laugh with joy and excitement.
