4 Ingredients Coconut Fudge in 5 minutes

Few ingredients from your pantry combined and you have dessert made in 5 minutes!
MICROWAVE COCONUT FUDGE (KOPRA PAK/COCONUT BARFI)
INGREDIENTS:
For fudge:
* 7 oz pack Unsweetened coconut flakes
* 14 oz can Condensed Milk
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom seeds (elaichi)

For topping:
* Sliced Almonds & Pistachios (or nuts of your choice)

DIRECTIONS:
1. Stir together the coconut and condensed milk in a large, microwave-safe bowl.
2. Cook on High in the microwave for 3 minutes, stirring every minute.
3. When the coconut mixture is hot and bubbling, stir in the cardamom.
4. Pour into a plate greased with butter or ghee (clarified butter), and smooth the top with a spatula.
5. Top with sliced almonds and pistachios. Let cool and then cut into 1 inch squares with a greased knife.

Note: Microwave used is 1200 watts. Please check strength of your microwave to adjust the time.
