Teams of Cuban doctors and nurses have arrived in Andorra and Dominica to help combat the COVID-19 pandemic. There are now more than 12,000 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Latin America and the Caribbean, and more than 250 people have died. And, 62 Human Rights Organizations have called for an end to the blockades against Iran and Yemen.
