Instant Pot Bread Pudding

Instant Pot Everyday Bread Pudding Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 cups Cubes of multigrain bread loaf (a day old)
1 1/2 cup Milk (Half & Half)
1/2 cup white cane sugar
1/2 cup brown cane sugar
3 tablespoons Maple syrup
1/4 cup raisins
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon powder

Directions:
1. In a bowl, add milk, white & brown sugar, maple syrup, corn starch & whisk till the mixture islumps free.
2. Pour milk mix on 2 cups of bread cubes in another bowl. Add cinnamon powder & mix. Press bread cubes with spatula & set aside for 15 minutes for absorption of the milk mixture.
3. Pour the bread mix in a greased inner pot. Add raisins, close the lid & valve in sealing position.
4. On a control panel : Turn Steam on for 30 minutes - pressure “NONE” Leave - Keep warm - On
5. After 30 minutes, switch off, open the lid & serve. Enjoy!
