Kind-hearted neighbour rescues boy hanging from fourth-floor window in China

A heroic neighbour rescued a boy hanging from a window on the fourth floor of a residential building in southern China.
The video, filmed in the city of Chengdu in Sichuan Province on March 26, shows a boy hanging out of a fourth-floor window as his head gets stuck in the security bars.
A man can be seen climbing out of the window from a flat next to the boy's and tried to break the security net but failed.
Another man got the key to open the door of the boy's flat and climbed out of the window to lift the boy up and brought him back to safety.
According to reports, the boy was left home alone when his grandmother was selling oranges in a market opposite their home.
