Kanika Kapoor, a victim of the virus, is currently admitted at PGI Hospital in Lucknow.Kanika returned to India from London on March 15, after which she joined a party in Lucknow, where her health deteriorated, it was found that she was a victim of the virus. After which there was a stir from Lucknow to Mumbai and she was admitted to the PGI Hospital there. After being admitted, there was news about Kanika that she is not behaving properly with the hospital staff. At the same time, Kanika alleged that the doctors are not treating her properly and her room is also dirty. Now PGI Hospital director Dr. RK Dhiman has responded to his allegations.

वायरस का शिकार हुईं कनिका कपूर इस वक्त लखनऊ के पीजीआई अस्पताल में एडिमट हैं। वहां उनका इलाज चल रहा है। कनिका 15 मार्च को लंदन से भारत लौटीं उसके बाद वो लखनऊ में एक पार्टी में शामिल हुईं, वहां उनकी तबीयत बिगड़ी, टेस्ट हुआ तो पाया गया है कि वो वायरस का शिकार हैं। जिसके बाद लखनऊ से लेकर मुंबई तक हड़कंप मच गया और उन्हें वहीं के पीजीआई अस्पताल में भर्ती कर लिया गया।एडमिट होने के बाद कनिका के बारे में खबर आई कि वो हॉस्पिटल स्टाफ के साथठीक से बर्ताव नहीं कर रही हैं। वहीं कनिका का आरोप था कि डॉक्टर उन्हें ठीक से ट्रीट नहीं कर रहे हैं और उनका कमरा भी गंदा है। अब उनके आरोपों पर पीजीआई अस्पताल के निर्देशक डॉ. आरके धीमान ने जवाब दिया है।
