India battles coronavirus, locks down for 21 days from today

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has imposed a complete lockdown across the country for 21 days from Tuesday midnight. PM Modi said that social distancing is the only way out for the country in its decisive battle against the coronavirus outbreak. During the lockdown period necessary services will remain available for the people. However, schools, colleges, gyms, shopping malls will remain closed till April 14.
