In the wake of the coronavirus epidemic in China, a network of support and voluntary groups has sprung up to help the country’s often-mnarginalised disabled communities. One group has been making sign language videos about the epidemic, collecting and distributing disinfection products to people with hearing impairments, and helping deaf people communicate with their community.
