Coronavirus: Empty streets and closed shops as India's capital goes into lockdown

India's capital New Delhi is under lockdown, with only essential services allowed to function, in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. With more than 400 confirmed cases and seven deaths, testing has expanded in the country of 1.3 billion people amid concerns that the the numbers vastly understate the true scale of the crisis.
