Uttar Pradesh Health Minister Jai Pratap Singh has quarantined himself at his home after Bollywood singer Konika Kapoor, he had met at a party, tested positive for novel coronavirus.The singer and UP health minister were among 100 guests at a party thrown by interior designer Adil Ahmad, who is the nephew of former BSP MP Akbar Ahmad Dumpy.
