Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said only 60 per cent of the country was complying with the movement control order since Malaysia enforced it on Wednesday.

Ismail Sabri, who is the Defence Minister, said that in a televised announcement on Thursday, adding that police will take sterner action if people continue to violate the order.
