Venice recovers from overtourism in unexpected silver lining of coronavirus lockdown

Venice’s canals are recovering as an unexpected side effect of Italy’s coronavirus lockdown. Normally around 70,000 tourists would flock to the city in March, but instead the canals are getting some downtime.
