Telangana Field Assistants Dharna Against 4779 GO | Demands Jobs Regularisation

Telangana state field assistants of NREGS JAC demanding regularisation of their jobs, about 6,000 field assistants from various districts of the state took part in the Dharna held at Dharna Chowk on Wednesday. And They said the state government should hike their salaries as per the Minimum Wages Act and provide other employee benefits.

ఉపాధి హామీ పథకం ఫీల్డ్‌ అసిస్టెంట్లను తొలిగించే జీవో నెం.4779ను రద్దు చేసి ఉద్యోగ భధ్రత కల్పించాలని ఫీల్డ్‌అసిస్టెంట్ల సంఘం ధర్నా చేస్తూ ప్రభుత్వాన్ని డిమాండ్‌ చేశారు. రాష్ట్ర ఐక్యకార్యాచరణ కమిటీ పిలుపు మేరకు ఫీల్డ్‌అసిసెంట్లు గురువారం విధులు బహిష్కరించి నిరసన తెలిపారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా సంఘం నేతలు మాట్లాడుతూ ఫీల్డ్‌అసిస్టెంట్లకు రూ.21 వేల కనీస వేతనం అమలు చేయాలని కోరారు.
