This was the moment a driver in Phoenix, Arizona was swiftly chased by a police cruiser after littering from their window then speeding off at the junction.

Dashcam footage from another car caught the whole action where the driver initially litters from their window then allegedly breaks the speed limit only just missing a cyclist ahead.

The filmer explained: "[The] driver litters on the street before speeding off in a slow-limit zone.

"[The] driver barely evades hitting a cyclist, only to be seen and caught by police."
