Valley Women’s Firefighter Society provides mentorship and introduces women to careers in the fire service. They increase the pool of participants in the testing process, and assists women in their personal and professional development. They are consistently out in the community volunteering at numerous events each month. You don’t have to be looking to be hired as a firefighter to join, or be female.
