CONIGLIO ALLE OLIVE
INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 4 people)
a rabbit, oil, butter, carrot, onion, celery, bay leaf, wine, olives, salt, pepper, broth
PREPARATION:
Brown oil and butter, add the rabbit carrot, onion and celery thinly sliced and bay leaf
After a few minutes soak with wine and let evaporate
Covered cook for an hour on a low heat
Add the olives, salt and pepper
Cook for another 30 minutes, wetting with the broth
The dish is ready, enjoy your meal!
