After tightening the grip of Yes Bank founder Rana Kapoor and ED, he is now in the custody of the CBI. The ED alleges that Kapoor took a bribe of about 600 crores in lieu of giving loans to companies. At present, a Mumbai court has sent him on remand for three days. In January last year, he had to leave the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on the orders of the Reserve Bank. After this, Kapoor went to London. In such a situation, the question arises that when he knew that there were many kinds of irregularities in the bank, then how did he come back to India. His return to India was not easy. The Modi government and RBI had prepared a complete plan for this.

यस बैंक के संस्थापक राणा कपूर र ईडी का शिकंजा कसने के बाद अब वह सीबीआई की गिरफ्त में हैं. ईडी का आरोप है कि कपूर ने कंपनियों को लोन देने के एवज में लिए करीब 600 करोड़ की रिश्वत ली. फिलहाल मुंबई की एक कोर्ट ने उन्हें तीन दिनों की रिमांड पर भेज दिया है. पिछले साल जनवरी में उन्हें रिजर्व बैंक के आदेश पर चीफ एग्जीक्यूटिव ऑफिसर (CEO) का पद छोड़ना पड़ा था. इसके बाद कपूर लंदन चले गए थे. ऐसे में सवाल उठता है कि आखिर जब उन्हें पता था कि बैंक में कई तरह की गड़बड़ियां हुई हैं तो फिर वह भारत कैसे वापस आ गए. उनकी भारत वापसी आसान नहीं थी. मोदी सरकार और आरबीआई ने इसके लिए पूरा प्लान तैयार किया था.
