Why some towns in France are struggling to find a mayoral candidate

Seven days from now - local elections will begin taking place across France. Thousands of councillors and officials will be hoping to keep their jobs. But there is a growing trend that's affecting more and more towns across the country - elections where there are no candidates. The BBC's Tim Allman explains.
