Street dog found caring for abandoned cat in eastern India

In a heartwarming incident, a street dog that adopted a cat after its mother died, was seen feeding milk to the feline in Kolkata, India.
The mother had passed away soon after giving birth to the cat.
The heart-touching video shows a feline on the lap of the dog while it lies down in a corner and feeds.
The filmer Manjushri said "I had learned about a dog adopting a cat through my neighbours but saw it compassionately feeding for the first time.
"Humans these days have lost compassion which is now found in these animals."
This rare sight was captured on February 15.
