Opposition led by the Congress is expected to raise the Delhi violence issue in Parliament on Monday. The House opens for the second part of Budget Session. Congress leaders demand the resignation of Home Minister Amit Shah and are likely to launch a protest in Parliament over the violence that has killed over 45 people in northeast district of Delhi.
